- It's 1 sdm of oatmeal instant (quaker oat merah).
- Prepare 1 bh of pisang sunpride.
- Prepare 200 ml of yogurt cimory (original).
- It's 40 gr of skm coklat frisian flag / 1 sachet.
- Prepare 190 ml of susu Indomilk (rasa pisang).
- You need 1/5 gelas of Green tea (sudah di seduh).

- Siapkan satu buah yoghurt cimory, saya pakai yang kecil, rasa plain (original).
- Quaker oats instant yang warna merah.
- Susu instant indomilk kemasan kecil 190ml yang rasa pisang.
- Capurkan yoghurt, skm dan susu rasa pisang, aduk jadi satu. Sisihkan.
- Ambil gelas jar tuangkan satu sendok makan oatmeal kedalam gelas.
- Kemudian tuangkan yogurt, skm dan susu rasa pisang yang sudah di campur tadi..
- Terakhir tuangkan green tea yang sudah di seduh. Tidak perlu di aduk. Biarkan seperti itu, simpan di kulkas kira2 9 jam. Atau masukan ke kulkas sebelum tidur dan pagi2 sudah bisa di nikmati.
